MY-100L Plug Flow Reactor
Double layers series glass reactors are mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical and biological experiment and production.It is under the condition of vacuum negative pressure, using the speed control knob and the stir bar constant speed stirring, make the material in the kettle body fully reaction, using the external glass interlayer heating or cooling device for heating or cooling material in indirect response, produced in the process of heating reaction solvent vapor through rapid cooling after glass condenser cooling coil, distillation, or return.After the reaction, the material can be quickly discharged through the inclined discharge valve.
According to the actual needs of customers, our company has designed and produced single layer and double layer reactors of 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, 150L and 200L.They can be used in various low and high temperature reaction. They can be used alone or in combination with vacuum pumps, cryogenic coolant circulation pumps, high and low temperature circulation pumps and high temperature oil baths.
